Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Graphic Design/Digital Media Coordinator is responsible managing RMHCSD’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), coordinating RMHCSD’s social media calendar and producing social media content that aligns with the organization’s brand standards. The Graphic Design/Digital Media Coordinator is also responsible for assisting the Philanthropy team with graphic design materials that fit the needs of organization.
Reports To: Chief Philanthropy Officer
Essential Functions[MC1] :
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a range of constituencies, including trustees, House volunteers, members of event committees and donors to the organization
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills while working as part of a small team environment
Be available for Zoom calls for event coordination and team meetings
Support a wide range of projects in other departments as needed
Comply with company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience[MC2] :
1. Bachelors Degree from accredited institution
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment
3. Graphic Design experience
4. Knowledge and experience with fundraising database resources
5. Knowledge and experience with Social Media platforms
6. Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
7. Above average English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary
8. Understanding and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
9. Highly efficient research and writing skills, preparing and submitting reports
10. Social Media proficiency preferred
